EMPLOYEE DEVELOPMENT
Employee development is a priority for LLDC and we have a full range of internal and external training programmes scheduled throughout the year. These events cover a variety of skills and subject areas including:

• Leadership Development (including Women’s Sponsorship)
• Project Management
• Management Masterclasses
• Personal Development (e.g. Networking, Personal Effectiveness, Influential Presenter)
• Coaching
• Professional Qualifications
• Inspirational Leaders talks from external speakers
We are members of a number of bodies such as Major Projects Association, Urban Design London, Future of London and New London Architecture and CPD, training and learning events are available to all our staff through these memberships.
Employees can also make individual training requests with support from their Line Manager to support them in their current role or get them ready to take their next career step.
VOLUNTEERING LEAVE
In addition to your annual leave, all LLDC employees are entitled to three days volunteering leave (this will be adjusted pro rata for part time employees).
PROFESSIONAL MEMBERSHIPS
As an organisation, we are committed to ensuring our employees have access to an exciting and relevant range of Continuing Professional Development (CPD) events to keep them up to date with their technical skills and expertise. We have corporate memberships with a number of industry leading organisations, giving employees unlimited access to seminars, conferences and other CPD events which are regularly communicated through our Learning & Development Newsletter.
